Mobile Commerce software vendor, Network365, will significantly expand its operations in Japan with the establishment of a marketing and technical support office.

The Japanese operation will be led by Mr Philip Greenan, who joins the company from Logica Mobile Networks. A Dublin City University graduate, he has been based in Japan since 1985.

The investment follows the decision by Jafco, Japan's largest venture capital company, to take a stake in Network365 through its recent fund-raising.
