Norkom Technologies, the Irish-based customer relationship management (CRM) company, will open its first office in Britain this month. The London office will focus primarily on insurance and retail financial services. Norkom already operates in Belgium, the Netherlands and France.
Norkom is seeking significant growth following a $15 million (€14.5 million) research and development investment plan. It has developed unique customer analysis and interaction software, which is designed to build longterm high-value customer relationships. Its Alchemist product is tailored to the insurance and retail financial services market.
