The Oglesby family has increased its combined holding in engineering group Oglesby & Butler after directors Mr Peter Oglesby and Mr John Oglesby both exercised options over 400,000 shares. Mr Peter Oglesby's stake has risen by almost 3.5 per cent to 23.4 per cent while Mr John Oglesby's stake has risen by 3.5 per cent to just over 19 per cent. Oglesby & Butler has a current market capitalisation of €6 million.
