Penta Capital, the UK mid-market private equity fund, has completed a $5 million (€5.8 million) investment in Datacare Software Group, a leading Irish-based provider of corporate records management software. Datacare, which operates in the Republic, the UK, Canada and the US, provides software to more than 700 multinational companies, legal practices and professional service organisations in Europe and North America, including almost 100 of the UK FTSE 350-listed companies.
