More evidence that the Dunnes Stores legal department is a busy spot. Bovale Developments, whose directors previously included the Bailey brothers, Mick and Tom, has filed a summary judgment application against the retailer for alleged debts owed. Bovale owns the Charlestown shopping centre.

Talebury Properties, a company founded by developer Gerry Barrett but now under the control of a receiver, has done likewise, as has BSQ Management, which manages the Beacon South Quarter. Dunnes has yet to file its defence. The chain should open a concession in the Four Courts.
