Wearables for humans are so last year. This year, it’s all about pets, and the Actijoy was one of the first out of the gate at CES, the global consumer electronics show, last month. The system includes an app, an activity tracker and – if you can believe it – a wifi-enabled food and water bowl for your pet. They idea is that health and fitness is something for the whole family, including your furry friends. The Actijoy lets you keep track of everything from your pet’s activity to their vaccinations, getting handy reminders when jabs and visits are due, and giving you an overall view of their health. It will also reveal if anyone is pretending to walk the dog, but secretly parking them selves at the cafe around the corner instead. From $133 (€126), actijoy.com
