John Hartnett networks like a boss. The genial Limerick man, founder of the Irish Technology Leadership Group, was honoured at last week's American Ireland Fund dinner in San Francisco. He shared a snap from it online of himself and Michael Hasenstab, the bond investor who owns Ireland. There is also a AIF video tribute to Hartnett on YouTube from John Kerry, US secretary of state, plus another from Michael Noonan. Hartnett also posted a picture of his invite from President Obama to today's St Patrick's Day reception in the White House, along with a letter from Hillary Clinton congratulating him on his AIF award. Talk about living the American dream. Well done John. Please, just don't start calling it St Patty's Day.
