Projecting the future of smartwatches

Ritot is the most interesting smartwatch right now

Apple schmapple, Ritot is the most interesting smartwatch right now. In theory. It's actually an IndieGogo campaign for a "projection watch" that doesn't yet exist but has already raised more than $1.3 million since July 7th. Okay, so the creators say they are "inspired by future technologies" which means they must have cracked time travel, but beyond the dodgy blurb is the promise of a smartwatch that uses a pico projector to display incoming text messages, tweets, Facebook updates and weather alerts on your hand. Setting would be controlled from a smartphone app. There isn't yet a fully working prototype but the concept seems plausible. http://iti.ms/1mghre8
