BA adds extra flight on Dublin to London City route

British Airways has said it is to add a sixth daily service between Dublin and London City airport.

The extra service will run for the month of June and resume permanently from September. It will depart from London City at 2.40pm with the return flight leaving Dublin at 5.15pm.

The announcement comes six months after British Airways launched its Dublin to London City route.

"We are very pleased with our customers' response to this important new route and delighted to have the opportunity to add an extra frequency so soon giving customers more choice and flexibility," said Luke Hayhoe, British Airways' commercial general manager at London City airport.
