An article published on November 28th stated that WeWork had recently secured an extension to the rent-free period and a contribution to fit-out costs from Hines on its office lease at Central Plaza in Dublin 2. Hines has contacted The Irish Times to clarify that there has been no additional rent-free period granted to WeWork nor has there been any change to the agreed level of landlord contribution to fit out, which was part of the original deal signed in 2018.
