Those with a Gmail account can sign yourself up for the latest email programme that allows you to manage your mail more effectively. Mailbox is designed to put mobile first, promising a whole new inbox. What it delivers is an easier way to deal with messages. You can swipe to delete or archive unwanted mail, follow conversations through a chat-style interface, and potentially even get your email inbox down to zero each day. You can even snooze emails until the time of your choosing, whether that's tomorrow, next week or next month. It's certainly an improvement on the regular iOS email app: it's far easier to handle, and the swipe gestures mean you can speed through the basic tasks quickly enough. Mailbox is designed for use on the iPhone, so if you are an Android user or a Windows Phone fan, you won't be able to take advantage just yet. And it only works with Gmail accounts. There's also a waiting list to get into the app. When you download it, you go into the queue. Each day you can see the countdown slowly ticking down.
