Video exclusive: David Bowie’s crime of passion

The Thin White Duke releases new material ahead of his all-in collection

David Bowie has just dropped the new video for his single Sue (Or In a Season of Crime) and it’s a typically classy piece of work.

The single is from the forthcoming Bowie collection Nothing Has Changed, which you can expect to see bothering the bottom of Christmas trees the length and breadth of the country.

Both are released on Parlophone on November 17th.

The video for Sue was filmed in New York and London and directed by Tom Hingston (responsible for the Chemical Brothers' immense Don't Think film) and photographer Jimmy King.

The track was recorded earlier this year with the Maria Schneider Orchestra with production from Bowie and Tony Visconti.

Nothing Has Changed will cover Bowie’s music from 1964 to 2014, with some previously unreleased material.

For fans whose Bowie love is verging on the bunny boiler, Hamish Hamilton has made a film based around the closing night of the Bowie exhibition at the Victoria and Albert Museum in London .

It will be out on November 18th.
