Richard Quinn for Debenhams

After the Queen of England made her front row debut at his London Fashion Week show and Amal Cooney wore one of his foiled collections to the Met Gala, Richard Quinn has had a stellar year. Fortunately for us, Debenhams has signed the fledgling designer on to its roster, which also includes British Fashion Week stalwarts Preen. Perfect for occasion season, Quinn brings his signature painterly prints to the department store with 10 statement pieces that provided a royal-approved luxe look for less.

Standouts include a sheer panelled floral print dress that would work well for weddings, and the zesty lemon bouquet print dress with fluted sleeves.

The White Company

The distinctive address of 72 Grafton Street is to become even more prestigious as UK retailer The White Company opens its doors this week in the former cinema on Grafton street.

Trading over three floors, the flagship will bring its monochromatic aesthetic to the lofty space. The go-to for bed linens, candles and gifts, it has also added clothing to its artillery.

Relaxing its nothing-but-white rule, expect loose, easy pieces which are multi-purpose when you’re tight on space in your suitcase. Its chevron striped dress spun from Irish linen works best worn over your swimsuit while the silk wrapped jumpsuit is ideal for cooler summer evenings.
