“Fresh herbs are an essential ingredient to many dishes. Here we freeze our fresh chopped herbs in olive oil to keep them fresh. We then defrost them and use as we need for dressing oils and sauces. This keeps their colour and flavour. Stock up on fresh herbs and try it at home. It’s such a waste when herbs go bad and it means you’ll always have a fresh stash, full of flavour, ready to go.”
