- 1 ripe papaya – or mango – finely diced
- 2 ripe avocados, finely diced
- 1 red onion, very finely chopped
- zest of 2 limes, squeeze of one
- salt & pepper

In a bowl, combine all the ingredients and season well.
If you like, add a squeeze or two of lime juice to loosen it up, though the juice from the fruit should do the trick on its own.
