Ingredients
- 50g Medjool dates (deseeded) soaked in warm water for 15 minutes to rehydrate
- 150g dried apple soaked in warm water for 15 minutes to rehydrate
- 140g almonds
- 150g cashews
- 85g flax seeds
- Half tsp ground cinnamon
- To coat :
- 50g bitter chocolate (70% cocoa)
- 20g toasted desiccated coconut
20g toasted desiccated coconut Melt the chocolate and roll the balls in the melted chocolate, then use a fork to take out and roll in toasted coconut. Keep in the fridge for up to seven days – if they last that long.
