Do you think you have a healthy lifestyle? Yes I do, but not in a rigid way. I eat well and heartily. I get outdoors into the light and fresh air as much as possible for exercise and relaxation. I meditate, read a lot and hang out with people I love. Plus I love my work. Doing the things you love keeps you healthy.
How often do you exercise? Every day. There's my own daily yoga practice and my teaching. Then I walk or cycle everywhere. To the school with the kids, with the dog, to work, and so on.
Cycling’s my great love. You’ve probably seen me about town on my new bike but didn’t know it. I was just a blur. It’s that fast. I also go bouldering, which is free climbing without ropes. Fantastic for body and mind. I dance at the drop of a hat. A good boogie does me the power of good.
Do you get your five fruit and vegetables every day? Yes. I have a big fresh fruit salad with yogurt and seeds every morning. Then veg with all other meals. Plus wine, of course. Grapes, see?
How do you relax? Yoga and meditation. Hanging out with my family and friends. Laughing. Walking in the mountains or by the sea. Reading. If all else fails, like I said, grapes have so many benefits.
Do you worry? Never. I'm not going to put my time into something so pointless. Fear and worry stop you living and I like living. A lot.
What's your worst habit? Facebook.
