Builder Durkan New Homes is a long-established construction company with a reputation for fine brickwork and a quality finish.
At Kiltipper Gate, ground floor apartments start at €235,000. Apartments on the first floor cost €237,500 and those on the second floor are from €240,000. Layouts are traditional, with a spacious open-plan living area and kitchen. Units are maple-look with cream wall tiles and doors open from the sittingroom to a balcony. Beech-look wardrobes will be fitted in both bedrooms and there is an en suite shower room off the main bedroom. One surface car-parking space is provided per apartment free of charge and there will be ample guest parking.
Phase one at Kiltipper Gate is at completion stage, so prospective buyers can see first-hand how the finished block will look. The apartments for sale this weekend are expected to be ready to move into by the end of this year, according to the selling agent.
The Kiltipper Gate site is a short walk from the Square Shopping centre in Tallaght and the Luas terminal. Rental potential should be good, with a major hospital, institute of technology and several business parks in the locality.
