Last June we reported on the launch of 19 three-bed homes in Clongriffin completed by Gannon Homes with Nama’s backing. It’s understood that deposits have now been taken on all the units, with the majority of sales on the A-rated homes taking place since September. Selling agent Knight Frank (formerly HT Meagher O’Reilly) says the market for the homes, priced between €205,000 and €220,000, was mainly first-time buyers, with the surplus registering interest in the next phase planned for spring of next year. The scheme, beside Fr Collins Park and a five-minute walk from Clongriffin Dart Station, has planning permission for 70 houses in its first phase.
