The latest in a string of announcements by Lisney this year is that they are to make three senior appointments.
Earlier this year they quit their St Stephen's Green offices to move to a bigger headquarters on Earlsfort Terrace to accommodate expansion of the business. That came a month after they announced the appointment of a former Nama employee, Helen Moore, to head the new homes division. This time two long-term employees, David Byrne and Michael Horan, have been promoted and one former employee has returned to the fold.
David Byrne has been appointed to the board of Lisney. He has worked in residential sales with Lisney since 2001, specialising in sales of second-hand houses and apartments on the southside of the city. He was appointed divisional director in 2007. Michael Horan has been promoted to divisional director in the professional services department. Horan has worked with Lisney for more than 10 years specialising mainly in compulsory land acquisition and rates work but also having an active part in valuation and court work.
Emma Coffey is returning to Lisney where she began her career in 1999 and, having qualified as a Chartered Surveyor, specialised in the letting, sale and acquisition of retail property for national and international clients. Emma has worked in Mason Owen & Lyons as a general practice surveyor where she was involved in retail investment sales.
