Sales ResultsIt's been another disappointing week in the auction rooms with a number of high profile properties withdrawn.
Just one property sold under the hammer yesterday - number 21 Whitehall Road in Terenure, a corner bungalow on 0.57 acres which fetched €1.5 million through Elliott & Fitz-Gerald.
Colliers Jackson-Stops fetched over €2.5 million prior to auction yesterday for a three-bedroom mews house at 1 Raglan Lane in Ballsbridge. Sherry FitzGerald failed to sell a renovated house at 4 Argyle Road which is now asking €6 million while in Dalkey, Gunne is asking €6.5 million for Santa Maria, a large period house on 0.6 acres which also failed to sell.
