WOODGREEN Builders has paid £220,000 for an office suite of 2,131 square feet in the Green Building in Dublin's Temple Bar area. Temple Bar Properties is still looking for tenants for the ground and basement of the building following the failure of UK multiple Red or Dead to proceed with plans to open there.

Jones Lang Wootton is quoting a rent of £40,000 for the ground floor, which has 1,926 square feet of space and £15,000 for the 1,076 square feet at basement level.
