DROWN Thomas's on Dublin's Grafton Street will receive a 1)further boost on March 26th when a new £8 million multistorey car-park at the rear of the building opens to the public. There will be a pedestrian bridge from the store to the 380-space park, which was developed by Janova Developments and Anglo Irish Bank Corporation. The entrance will be on Clarendon Street and the exit on South William Street. BT has taken over a 23,000-square-foot storeroom in the car-park basement, which is linked by an underground passage to the store. BT will also own 2,500 square feet of retail space on Clarendon Street.
