In commercial sales, a site with full planning permission for 22 units at Parnell Road, Harold's Cross, Dublin 12, sold for €3.35 million through Druker Fanning. In Co Westmeath, a building at 35/37 Dominick Street, Mullingar fetched €1.65 million through CB Hamilton Osborne King.
