Saggart from €310,000:  Houses, duplexes and apartments go on sale at noon today at Millrace, a mixed-use development in the pretty village of Saggart, Co Dublin.

Hooke & MacDonald will be taking bookings for 30 units, and show apartments and houses will be open for viewing. The show units are being sold at this stage.

There is plenty of choice for viewers and prices could appeal to first-time buyer couples commuting to the Citywest Business Park or needing to be within easy reach of the N7.
