Longford: from €248,000Tax relief is one of the incentives to buy in this scheme of 30 houses in Longford town, writes Fiona Tyrrell
Nine Section 23 homes have been launched this week by Savills Hamilton Osborne King in the second phase of White Linen Woods, Longford.
The 110sq m (1,180sq ft) three-bedroom houses will cost from €248,000.
Built by Hanly Homes, White Linen Woods is a development of 30 detached and semi-detached homes arranged around a cul-de-sac close to the centre of Longford town.
Three-bedrooms have an open plan kitchen, dining and living room and a guest WC.
The main bedroom is en suite, bedroom two is a double bedroom and bedroom three is a single.
Features include wiring for a surround-sound system and pre-wiring for a four-room audio integrated system.
Kitchen appliances will be included if contracts are signed with 21 days.
The fact that tax relief at 87 per cent is to be set against all rental income in the Republic is likely to be a big selling point at White Linen Woods.
Completions are due between March and July of this year, says to the selling agent.
