Sales Results:It was another slow week in the auction rooms and yesterday, just two houses sold at auction, while one sold after.

Fairgreen on Ailesbury Drive, Donnybrook, Dublin 4, a detached modern dormer-style four-bedroom house on over a quarter of an acre , sold for €3.955 million at a Sherry FitzGerald auction yesterday. This was well in excess of the AMV of €3.2 million.

Elsewhere, Lisney sold a five-bedroom detached house on just under a quarter of an acre, 95 Booterstown Avenue, Blackrock, Co Dublin, for €2.3 million at auction yesterday.
