Dublin 15 from €405,000:  The latest phase of Capel Development's Earlswood scheme, The Crescent in Rathborne, Dublin 15, will be launched this weekend with prices starting at €405,000 for two-bedroom apartments and €600,000 for three-bedroom apartments.

Hamilton Osborne King will be taking bookings from 2pm on Saturday with three show apartments open for viewing.

Located just off the Navan Road and near Ashtown Railway Station, Earlswood has been designed by architects O'Mahony Pike, using oversized windows to ensure maximum light.

With its convenient location five miles from O'Connell Street, the development has proved very popular with buyers with over 200 apartments having been sold since it was launched in April last year.

The Crescent has six 18-apartment blocks around a semi-circular park. Every home will have a south-facing balcony overlooking the park and the Royal Canal.

The apartments are large, bright and have a great sense of external space. There are two layouts for the two-bedroom apartments, one is 78sq m (840sq ft) and the other is 80sq m (861sq ft). Both are dual aspect.

The kitchens have a butcher block walnut-effect work surface and high gloss cream doors with brushed stainless steal handles. Bathrooms are tiled in Spanish porcelain and feature oversized shower trays with rainfall showerheads.

The 145sq m (1,561sq ft) duplex penthouses have three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Designated underground car parking spaces with direct lift access to apartment doors are included.

Completions are due for early 2007, according to the agent.
