McPeake Auctioneers arehandling the sale of the first 40 houses on site this weekend where six different show units will be on view.

When complete, the scheme will comprise a total of 335 homes. There is a good mix of houses on offer and prices are pitched at first-time buyers.

One-bedroom apartments with 51sq m (552sq ft) are priced from €249,950. 41sq m (443sq ft) one-bedroom bungalows are priced from €255,000.

Two-bedroom houses with 84sq m (900sq ft) are priced at €335,000. Three-bedroom townhouses with a study and four-bedroom townhouses, both with around 121sq m (1,300sq ft), are priced from €375,000.
