Sales Results: Woodbury, a large detached house on a quarter of an acre at Brighton Road, fetched a strong price of €4.4 million at auction through joint agents Daphne L Kaye & Associates and Corry McMahon.
Four parties chased the Orpen-designed five-bedroom house which is in mint condition with many of its original features intact. The strong price, and the number of bidders, shows that there is still very good demand out there for family homes in top locations that have been completely refurbished.
