Meanwhile in Ringsend, developer Harry Crosbie has paid around €2.5 million for a penthouse apartment on the 15th and 16th floors of Millennium Tower. The apartment was sold by Lisney.

Still in north County Dublin, a three-bed bungalow - 42 The Chantries, Balrothery, Co Dublin - sold for €530,000 through Gunne Residential.
The same agent secured over €520,000 for 41 Melesian Avenue, Swords, Co Dublin, a three-bed semi-detached house. A four-bed semi-detached house - 6 Melesian Grove, Swords - sold for region €530,000, also through Gunne Residential.
Lisney has sold a number of properties in Dublin 9. A five-bedroom detached house at 18 The Cloisters on Grace Park Road, Drumcondra, fetched around €1.5 million, while a four-bed semi-detached house - Ard Cairn, 86 Ballymun Road, Glasnevin - sold for €1.15 million.
The same agent secured region €515,000 for a two-bed mid-terrace townhouse at 15 Botanic Villas, Glasnevin, Dublin 9.

In Dublin 6 sales, a period house in 10 units - 31 Leinster Road, Rathmines - has sold for over €1.8 million through Douglas Newman Good.
