Loved Mad Men? Lust after Billions? Fancy some of Tony Stark's penthouse in the Iron Man movies? For anyone who's ever dreamed of living like a movie star, there's a brilliant website to help.

Seenonset. com was launched last December and is the genius idea of Irishman Cian O'Driscoll. Working out of Dublin, with a useful set of contacts in Los Angeles, O'Driscoll's team has the fun job of watching loads of TV and films, then sourcing some of the furniture, fittings, objects and gadgets. The site connects you with the sellers, so you can buy online.

O'Driscoll has a background in architecture and interiors, so there are also articles and snippets on some of the amazing buildings used as backdrops for action. Among them is the Hoke House in Oregon, designed by Jeff Kovel, which doubles as the Cullen House in the Twilight movies.

O'Driscoll's personal favourites include Billions, for its contemporary minimalism; some of the Nordic noir series for their delicious Danish design; and yes, even Tony Stark's penthouse, which he describes as "a treasure trove of designer furniture". (You could make Iron Man's Arco Floor Lamp your own for $2,295.)

Browsing the site, some pieces of furniture are practically film stars themselves. Think of the Barcelona Day Bed, which turns up in both Iron Man and Twilight (and that's just for starters). Designed by Mies van der Rohe, it does come at a movie star price: $9,772.

Another film star, and a relative steal at $349, is the Eames DSR Chair, which has featured in Twilight, The Intern and The Killing.

Seenonset.com is growing all the time, and they will also try to help you source things not listed that you’ve spotted in your favourite film or show.

My own guilty object of desire is the Michael Joo Moose Rack, an antlered wall-piece from Fifty Shades of Grey. Fortunately, it's out of stock, because I want to put it on record that I have absolutely No Interest in Mister Grey seeing me now . . .
