Wilson's Place is not the easiest Dublin terrace to locate. Tucked behind Holles Street Hospital, off Lower Grand Canal Street, it consists of a few red-brick, terraced houses. At the end is number 5, on the market through Sherry FitzGerald and asking €295,000.
At 86sq m (926sq ft), it is a decent sized two-bedroom house with on-street parking, in a great city-centre location. The house gives the impression of more space than its measurements.
The front reception room is in use as a third bedroom (the house is currently being let). The ground floor is taken up largely by an open-plan livingroom, with a kitchen beyond. Wooden flooring runs from the entrance hall to the livingroom and tapers off in the kitchen, breaking into tiles surrounding the kitchen counters.

The sense of space is helped by recessed lighting in the livingroom and a Velux window in the kitchen, as well as large windows that open on to a small rear patio.
Upstairs, a small landing opens to the bathroom and two bedrooms. The front bedroom has original polished floorboards and an exposed brick fireplace, while the second – though marginally smaller – has an en suite with shower.
