The name Ryebridge comes from the River Rye which is nearby.
This is phase three of the scheme and 138 units have already sold. About 50 units are in the current launch.
Local developer Merlon has produced a good-looking finish at Ryebridge, with brick frontages and attractive landscaping. A walkway along the Rye River is part of the overall plan.
Interiors vary, with contemporary cream and white kitchens in apartments and smaller houses and solid oak kitchens in the four-bedroom houses.
A tiling allowance is given for kitchen and bathrooms, and wardrobes are included.
Outside, balconies or terraces are provided with apartments and duplexes, while houses have private gardens. The four-bedroom houses have driveways.
Construction is well under way at Ryebridge and completions are expected from next month until early summer 2007.
