One third of the office space at the Cashel Business Centre, off the Lower Kimmage Road in Dublin 12, has already been taken up.
The office development, which is close to Terenure and Harold's Cross, has 33,000 sq ft of office space with a purchase price of €320 per sq ft.
Car spaces are €9,000 and the rental being quoted by Palmer McCormack, which is joint agent for the development with Allen & Townsend, is €19.50 per sq ft and €950 per car space.
Downes & Associates, constructing, structural and civil engineers has already aquired 1,886 sq ft. AirCall Electric Manufacturing Services Company is leasing 5,038 sq ft and DMN Technology Ltd is leasing 4,004 sq ft on the penthouse floor of Block C.
The scheme is designed as three self-contained buildings which are capable of multiple horizontal or vertical subdivisions. This means that tenants have considerable flexibility in terms of size and layout.
The four-storey buildings have also been designed for natural ventilation (although air conditioning is possible) and there is recessed lighting and raised access floors.
The Cashel Business Centre is beside Leo Laboratories and its proximity to the city centre is an important feature. Transport services to and from the area is good and there is a large local work force. Secure basement parking is available.
