Stephen Conway has joined Lisney's St Stephen's Green branch as negotiator, after four years marketing properties in Eastern Europe and the UK. Conway was previously with Colliers Jackson-Stops, where he ran their Glasthule office for a number of years.
Real Estate Alliance has appointed Áine Myler as its first woman Chairperson. Incoming Vice-Chairperson is Healy Hynes of Hynes Real Estate Alliance in Athlone. In her inaugural speech, Myler, who runs the Balbriggan offices of Cumisky Real Estate Alliance, commented on possible stamp duty changes and on the group's strong performance in development land sales in the past year. The appointments were confirmed at the group's AGM in Sligo last Friday, where CEO Eimer O'Keefe also announced a New Homes initiative for Real Estate Alliance.
The Dublin Docklands Development Authority has announced the appointment of a new Project Manager. Gavan Quinlan joins the DDDA from Project Management Ltd, where he was Civil, Structural and Architectural Manager.
Sherry FitzGerald's busy Dún Laoghaire office will relocate to larger premises in Dún Laoghaire in the new year. Meanwhile, their current offices on Upper George's Street are on the market with DTZ Sherry FitzGerald.
