The apartments, for sale off plans, cost from €119,000 to €225,500. They are built in four-storey blocks in a U-shape around a swimming pool.
There is a lake in the centre of the resort, close to La Torre Golf Resort; it has tennis and sqaush courts, a swimming pool, childfren's play area, restaurants and bars. Poloaris's rental management company handles rentals for owners.
