Completions for this phase at Myrtle, The Coast, are scheduled for April this year onwards.

When fully completed in three year's time, The Coast will be a self-contained environment, with a new Dart station in mid-2008, supermarket, bank, post office, restaurants and cafés.

There are plans to provide a school, leisure centre and crèches. Parkland at the entrance to the development will be augmented by playing fields, with GAA and soccer pitches.

Show units will be open for viewing at 2pm-4pm on the 13th and 14th of January.
