Kinsealy House, a Georgian threestorey over basement home on just over four acres in Kinsealy, Co Dublin, is for private treaty sale with HOK Residential seeking offers in the region of £1.5m.
The house, which is located about three-quarters of a mile from Malahide Road at the Kinsealy Church turn, was last offered for sale in July 1999, but a problem arose over the entrance to the property and the sale was delayed. There is now a new driveway to the house. The owners are keeping an adjoining 13-acre parcel of green belt land.
The six-bedroom brick fronted house was owned by Teagasc for many years and reverted to private use in the early 1990s. Since then the present owners have restored much of the house although the entire basement area has yet to be refurbished.
