Prices start at €350,000 for 82sq m (883sq ft) two-bedroom townhouses. Three-bedroom end-of-terrace houses with 98-108sq m (1,055-1,163sq ft) of living space are priced from €410,000 to €435,000.
A limited number of 125sq m (1,345sq ft) four-bedroom semi-detached homes are priced from €490,000.
The scheme is being built by Springwood Estates and will comprise 240 homes in total when complete.
The development runs parallel with the tranquil Royal Canal and Maynooth rail station is close by with over 30 trains operating a daily service to Connolly Station.
