Inse Bay, which is being built by Woodgreen Builders, is a village-style scheme of townhouses, semis and detached homes set around a series of curved roads and cul-de-sacs.
The development is located on a coastal site with easy access to miles and miles of sandy beaches. There are a number of top class golf courses nearby and other local leisure facilities include tennis, water sports and a leisure centre in the Neptune Beach Hotel and Leisure Club.
Inse Bay is about a mile from the local Laytown Arrow rail service to Dublin city centre. The recent upgrading of the M1 has also made the commute by car to the capital quicker.
Standard features at Inse Bay include fitted carpets throughout, floor tiles in fitted kitchens, gas-fired central heating, fitted wardrobes, double glazing, and front and back gardens.
Designed by Fenton Simons Ltd, the homes have a part brick part colour render finish. Previous schemes by Woodgreen Builders include Palatine Square in Arbour Hill and the Old Mills at Crossguns Bridge in Phibsborough.
Showhouses are on view this weekend at Inse Bay.
