The final 17 apartments at Richmond Hall on Richmond Road in Fairview, Dublin 3, go on sale today with prices starting at €330,000 for one-bedroom units.

Sherry FitzGerald New Homes is handling sales at the development on the banks of the River Tolka, which includes a striking circular building.

Over 70 units have already been sold since the scheme was launched last year, and most of the residents have now moved in.

However, the developers were keen to hold off selling in the striking circular building until it was fully complete. It's a five-storey block that stands slightly apart from the other blocks in the scheme, and all share a central courtyard, with landscaped gardens running down to the boardwalk along the river.

The circular block has just 10 larger than average two-bedroom apartments and these are priced from €405,000-€495,000 depending on size and their location in the building.

The smallest of the units have around 68sq m (732sq ft) while larger two-beds have approximately 78sq m (840sq ft). The apartments have either river or courtyard views.

Fitout includes Italian style kitchens complete with granite worktops and integrated appliances.

Bathrooms are stylishly finished and include semi-recessed basins and granite surrounds to vanity units. Generous floor tiling is standard to kitchens and bathrooms.

Sherry FitzGerald is also selling a small number of one, two and three-bedrom units in the earlier buildings.

Prices for one-bed apartments start at €330,000 for units sized between 42-57sq m (457-610sq ft) while three-beds with just under 93sq m (1,000sq ft) cost €480,000. One underground car parking space is included in the purchase price and will be accessed via electronic gates directly off the Richmond Road.

The location itself has got to be one of the main selling features. Richmond Road is excellently located between Fairview and Drumcondra and runs along by the Tolka river.

Richmond Hall is just a short stroll from Fairview village with its bustling shops, restaurants and traditional pubs.

There is a good range of amenities within a few hundred meters including Fairview Park, West Wood gym and leisure complex and a little further afield a stroll along the promenade at Clontarf.

This is the first residential scheme by builder M&P Construction's Corrmount Partnership. However, the company has carried out a number of commercial schemes in Dublin.

Project Architects designed the scheme which is likely to become a new landmark for Fairview.

Service charges are expected to range from €850-€1,050 pa.

The show apartment will be open today, tomorrow and this weekend.
