Birmingham: from €224,792 The Postbox in city centre Birmingham is a development of 258 apartments being built by Irish developer Earthquake Ltd.

Located on Upper Marshall Street beside the trendy Mailbox shopping and residential complex, the first 60 apartments are being sold off the plans by Hooke & MacDonald .

Pre-construction prices start at £155,000 (€224,792) for one bed units which are quite small at 467 sq ft (43 sq m) and at £182,200 (€264,230) for two bed 673 sq ft (62.5 sq m) apartments.

Some apartments have balconies or terraces and all have access to a communal area an on site concierge.

The units are open plan in design with spot lighting, fully integrated kitchen appliances, satellite TV wiring and bathrooms with opaque glass basins with chrome upstands.
