Brides might like to sign up for the wedding forum at Dublin’s Shelbourne Hotel, where you can see make-up artist Ken Boylan work his big day looks and oogle dresses by Claire Pettibone, a designer exclusive to Myrtle Ivory. Personal shopper Marietta Doran will be offering style advice and the hotel’s florist, Mary O’Reilly, will talk blooms. TV3’s Sybil Mulcahy will co-ordinate the fun while you quaff bubbly and nibble bite-size samples of the hotel’s menu. The free event takes place this Wednesday, 6.30pm to 9pm.
