There are town houses in Bath and country villas in France and a lot more in between.

So, what is on the table?

Well there is a week in a New York City mews in a gated courtyard off Grove Street, for starters.

Built in 1854, the house is charming and quaint, an oasis of calm, perfectly located for the restaurants and shops of the West Village and Soho. It sleeps three and one week has a reserve price of £5,000 (€5,919).

Then there is a week in a gorgeous looking cottage in Cornwall which has a reserve set at £1,500. We also liked the look of a week in a Andalucian house with a pool, which has a similar sized reserve.

There are homes on the Cote d’Azur, including Ryan’s own house in Uzes.

Closer to home there is the Lorum Rectory in Co Carlow, which has space for up to six people and Ballyvolane House in Co Cork, where the Charles and Camila stayed on their recent trip to this part of the world. There is also a wooden cabin on Lough Rae, which the Irish Home of the Year title in 2016.

Each of the owners is making the property available free of charge, which means that 100 per cent of the profits will go the DEC (Disasters Emergency Committee) Ukraine Humanitarian Appeal.
