London - Two of Britain's most notorious paedophiles figure on the list of 28 individuals being sought in the wake of a report on child abuse in north Wales, police said yesterday.
North Wales Police said that they knew the whereabouts of the two men - Stephen Norris (63) and John Allen (58) - but that neither was working in child care nor had applied for any jobs working with children.
