Groblersdal - Five white men appeared in court yesterday on charges of beating to death a black religious minister in South Africa's eastern Mpumulanga province at the weekend.
Police have appointed a special team to investigate the murder after a white policeman, the first on the scene, refused to arrest the attackers because they were his friends.
