A chicken processing firm whose plant was earlier this year destroyed by fire yesterday announced details of a £7 million investment which will create a state-of-the-art poultry processing factory.
Shannonvale Foods in Clonakilty, Co Cork suffered an estimated £4 million worth of damage on January 5th last when a blaze swept through the plant which employed 90 people.
