Sharjah - - A Tajik airliner with 86 people on board crashed in the United Arab Emirates desert yesterday and a hospital official said there was only one survivor, a male flight attendant who had suffered head injuries but was in a stable condition.
The Tajik Air plane was reported to have crashed about 13 km from Sharjah airport at about 6.30 p.m. (1430 GMT).
