The district judge acquitted last month of dangerous driving retired yesterday at the age of 66. On February 8th, Judge Timothy Crowley appeared before Balbriggan District Court charged with dangerous driving arising out of an incident where a teacher complained that he failed to stop his car as schoolchildren crossed the road. Judge Flann Brennan found the case was not proven and dismissed it.
